We provide both planned and reactive maintenance for Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems. Our comprehensive database of our clients' equipment together with maintained service schedules enable us to take the worry away from our clients to enjoy their facilities whilst ensuring they are operating at their most efficient capacity.

We carry out works on behalf of health trusts within Essex and maintain a strong relationship with them. These include Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust, Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, and Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
